註﹕若不使用香菇精﹐則用1/4 小匙鹽替代。
Note: If you don’t use mushroom concentrate, then use ¼ tsp instead.。
做法:
1. | 鍋燒熱後放進2大匙油。加入紅蔥頭丁炒成金黃色。將鍋子略側﹐讓紅蔥丁集中在油裡。 |
2. | 熄火後加入醬油﹐糖﹐香菇精拌勻即可。 |
Instructions:
1. | Heat 2 tbs of oil in a small pot. Add the minced shallots and sauté until the shallots are golden brown. While sautéing the shallots, tilt the pot a little, so the minced shallots are all soaked in the oil. |
2. | Turn off the heat. Mix in the soy sauce, sugar and mushroom concentrate. |
