紅蔥油醬汁(Hong-Cong) Fried Shallot Oil Sauce

材料 Ingredients
紅蔥頭丁Minced Shallot 2 大匙 Tbs
食用油 Cooking oil 2 大匙 Tbs
醬油 Soy sauce2 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar2 小匙 tsp
香菇精 Mushroom concentrate1/2 小匙 tsp

註﹕若不使用香菇精﹐則用1/4 小匙鹽替代。
Note: If you don’t use mushroom concentrate, then use ¼ tsp instead.。

做法:
1.鍋燒熱後放進2大匙油。加入紅蔥頭丁炒成金黃色。將鍋子略側﹐讓紅蔥丁集中在油裡。
2.熄火後加入醬油﹐糖﹐香菇精拌勻即可。

Instructions:
1.Heat 2 tbs of oil in a small pot. Add the minced shallots and sauté until the shallots are golden brown. While sautéing the shallots, tilt the pot a little, so the minced shallots are all soaked in the oil.
2.Turn off the heat. Mix in the soy sauce, sugar and mushroom concentrate.
